  Ensure all items are in their original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for oversized patio sets, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
